Not all of us are equality smart, not all of us are good at math...But because of technology (calculators) now even someone who is not good at math can run a business, did you ever think of that ??  NO I completely disagree. In the medieval ages people were killing each other for no apparent reason, there were wars, crusades, invasions and all sorts of violence. Not to mention the numerous plagues and other diseases that took millions of human lives. Compared to those days, modern society is much more civilized, and due to advancements in medicine, our helth and life expectancy has gone up tremendously. I can’t remember exactly where I read it, but there was a study done on how violence and crime rates changed over the years, and their findings reveled that violence (killings) has gone down drastically over the years.</blockquote>
