"http://www.grisoft.com/doc/31/us/crp/0?prd=isw " is a internet security you have to instal a Anti Virus so use Avg same link , but have to chose avg anti virus. from that you can remove the virus .
and without using anti virus you can go to your folders , the virus is doing that it hide the original files and make same name .exe file every time you click it it will spred, because of you can't see the files you will click the .exe asuming that that your folder, so goto folder option and select show hidden files and folders and make sure that to uncheck hide protected operating system files then apply , so you can see your original files as hidden so you can use them..
but i recomended that to use a anti virus software and remove thoese viruses.
