Abans has the worst customer service. Just got and sit in their service centre in wallawatta so many customers come and fight with them. I once gave an LG microwave for repair and they returned it saying no parts. That same day I took it to a small repair place and they replaced an ic for a very small amount, it still works.
Just look at any abans video they post on social media like tiktok and the number of negative comments.
