Yeah it was the rear left wheels.
And the kid wasn't wearing a helmet.
Riding without a HELMET.
Might be on the tank.
In traffic.
I'm not blaming the driver.
Cos he cant help it.
I blame the parents.
And system.
We need more laws on our roads.
Otherwise we will see
