Can't blame anybody. You can see a helmet under the bus on 2nd photograph. So I assume soon as she falls the Helmet came off and her head was on path of the wheel.

It was quick & sudden.

Bus driver :: He has many souls on his hand. Inside the bus. He reacted. But then rest is history.

Anybody elses know anything more of this accident ???
