But.. are you sure that you restarted your computer?

Anyway try this:

Go to the task manager. (Press ALT + CTRL + DEL together)
Then go to the process called msnmessenger.exe or something relates to msn or messenger.

Then stop that process.

After a while (say 2 mins) try to log in again

Try this soon and tell.. wanna go sis
