ADSL 2Mbps Speed

Machanz, the internet speed has been massively reduced during the past few days. I used to get 1.8Mbps of download speed from the speedtest.net.
But this is my new results.

speedtest.net does not work at all. I tried to load the page number of times.

Then I tried doing a speed test with another website and this is the result I got.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with the ADSL these days? Any ideas about this awesomeness they make time-by-time?

I've noticed that the speed gets messed up after using torrents. Not sure whether thats the case or not.

Are they throttling our connections now?
