Login Name (User ID) What should we use as the User ID.?? Telephhone Number ekada??

Service Category : ???? List ekak thiyenawa dunno wat to choose..

Machnz.. Im In Aluthgama... They are using the Broadband machnz.. so dont have much idea about this.. please help as soon as possible...
