So I just put some direct downloads n now im consuming my full bandwidth. so i know these things too.Anyway this slow torrent speed during the daytime problem occurred since last November. maybe SLT is limiting torrent data or something.. I can't say sure of that.But now I'm using torrents & direct downloads both in the same time..
