Open means this can contain thing with not that civilized language. I request not to use filth in the postings. Or it can be discussions about things that need bit of cover from civilized world. Open does not mean that it will be another ElaKiri Talk Section.

GTRZ, I think we have to find some spark to make a distinction between Talk section and Open Forum

Yeah exactly Wal bada, It will be Open section for the selected members as the name says. But we select members because it's not suitable for all audiences like children under 18. And We dont need any fakers or leeches here so thats why that 100+ posts requirement. I am planning to increase it to 250 later. we'll see...
