But individual lawyers become specialists in One or many aspects of them.Just like there are General Doctors with Some Experts in other fields like Eye, Brain, Chest, ENT etc etc. Telecommunications and Regulations is a different aspect alltogather, but what I told you is something I remember in a "rough" form. (from my exam Craming days)If you are really interested, there's a friend of mine (a collegue) who's an expert in that field but sadely out of the country these days on a Case. I will ask him the next time I bump into him "if I remember this" and let you guys know the exact law pertaining this issue.</blockquote>
