I choose worlds carefully.. and intend to stick to the face value as well as hidden value of the word too)So we can discuss about what is the Dialogue should be or based on !In my personal openion, the dialog should be based on a more <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth_and_Reconciliation_Commission_%28South_Africa%29" target="_blank">Truth and Reconciliation Commissions</a> frame work.But as I said, open for your view on it as well.</blockquote>
