they have already developed AI that is capable of thinking and having opinions of it's own, but when it's released to the internet people can condition it or the AI itself condition itself to have right wing beliefs, because right wing beliefs make sense when compared to left wing lunacy

prime example for this is TAY ai which was released in 2017
so they will never release an AI that can do the thinking for itself, even though they might already have it, since liberals hate rational thinking

This depends on what you identify as creativity. mid journey or dalle can't produce creative content like humans do. what midjourney do is understand the context of your request and generating some random pixel data based on previous training data. this is not human creativity. this works for images sometimes ( very rarely) but you can't make it code a complex website like this. because generated data is just a prediction it's not 100% consistent. and it can't be ( only possible by coincidence).

@johnferna678 isn’t that the same thing involved with Software Engineers? Don’t they just implement epics written by architects or PMs?

epics and user stories are just high-level definitions of actual requirement. you need a brain and thinking ability to convert that high level definition to a real product. you need to understand the requirements. even if you provide very detailed low-level user stories an AI can't generate accurate codes to full fill that requirement consistently. gpt3.5 or any other language model generates data based on predictions (based on previous training data). these predictions are not 100% accurate.

In our (my current employer is a warehouse automation supplier in major economies) case, AI can be further trained with existing codes and documents in-house. So that AI will be able to make any change requests faster than a usual developer.
