The items thus collected were taken to Vavuniya on 20th&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; September 2008 and handed over to the Security Forces deployed in the&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; front lines, an official of MMM said. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Manel Mal Movement also&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; collected dry rations for the innocent Tamil people who are now escaping&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; from the clutches of the despot Prabhakaran and making their way to the&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; government controlled areas. These dry rations were handed over to the&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Civil Affairs Officer of the 21 Brigade at Cheddikulam for distributing&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; among these innocent Tamil civilians.
