What was the position of fuel control switch at take off? When did it change? The change was same in both engines/swathes or different? If different how much time different? If no change how did one pilot ask the other why he switch off? Is he out of mind. Can plane take off with different switching position than full open? What was the position of fuel control switch at take off ? Runaway? When started? full speed before take off from ground? Did pilots use auto -pilot at take off ? if so how much was not in the control of pilot? what was the safety procedure in such a take off and what were the red flags pilots needed to monitor in such take off? Was it too late when pilot discovered fuel cut off from engine(even in auto pilot the control must be with pilot to monitor and adjust) If auto pilot used what were the inputs used (such as weight, wind speed , flap size etc) and was it correctly input. Did airplane change fuel cut off from off to on position auto or manually before crash? since there were two pilots who was responsible for what? The communication between pilots seemed contrary to what this experienced pilot was saying, as the process of switching off was difficult and time consuming it was out of question ? If so why such a question raised by pilot? NB There were some rumors that data in CVR was corrupted or unreadable . There was another lie that these two boxes were to be examined in US when India had all the facilities to do the extraction of data and analyse it. This is India and anything is possible to cover up ailing airline control by TATA. At the same time Boeing also have issues and even warned specifically about fuel supply , but this model came to market with much funfair at that time had shown impeccable record- not anyway guarantee that will not fail! (I am not a pilot) Better to have an open mind than jumping in to conclusion
