Not to vilification of persons !  So everything cannot be revealed as in many cases. Only in SL that Parliament requested CBSL sensitive information to be published!! There are lot of sensitive information that are with investigating team so truth will be known but they can restrict public domain access. There are people who are living whose lives can be devastated by truth being released , but I think truth is known !(it is my guess only I do not have any evidence to support.
