My FUP starts at 10GB (10 GB 'limit' for Unlimited plan is just a JOKE when considering the present day web content and 10 GB is the Maximum available in Sri Lanka for Unlimited Broadband from Airtel...!) !!!! and after 12 GB according to their so called FUP(which is even approved by TRC (Telecommunications Regulatory Commission - The governing body for regulating all these fraud in Sri Lanka) my download speed will be limited to 256 kbps (kilo bits per second). But 'SADLY' when this speed limit applies deceiving Airtel doesn't even give us a decent low speed of 256 kbps (kilo bits per second) that they have reduced the speeds to as low speeds as 10, 20, 30 kbps (average 30 kbps, sometimes less than this) !!!!. It's not even the lowest speed they should maintain when FUP applies on my download speeds (before FUP limits the speed I usually receive average 1.2 Mbps). I complained several times to Airtel regarding this fraud, but their so called customer service agents give funny answers !!!. According to them, they do not guarantee that I will receive the 256 kbps or even a speed closer to that; they say that it can be any low download speed value(We do not need a TRC which is wasting government money to get such replies from service providers under their governing body...!). I'm shocked by this fraud by Airtel that while the TRC is out there publishing in their web site <a href="http://www.trc.gov.lk/" target="_blank">http://www.trc.gov.lk/</a> that TRC has been able to achieve progress in download speeds in Sri Lanka by applying regulations on service providers, but all ends up in a HUGE LIE(the government site contains just bullshit, lies, promises and 'NOT achieved' achievements; just a way to impress the President and the Minister of Telecommunications). Ultimately poor customers are the 'victims' of these big lies and fraud(companies like Airtel done with the help from government bodies like TRC in Sri Lanka) that we have to PAY for LIMITED 'Unlimited' services(only available in 3rd world countries like Sri Lanka) and for the services we actually DO NOT receive !!!.Shame on you Airtel !!!Shame on you TRC (Telecommunications Regulatory Commission-Sri Lanka) !!!</blockquote>
