Let them to do the next step. They can't go to court straightaway.
1. They should inform you officially that you owe them money and if you did not pay, they gonna sue you. For this they will send you Letter of Demand through a lawyer.
Once you received the letter of Demand, you have following options to do
Goto 3rd option and reply officially (do in in English | makesure the letter is CCed to the lawyer as well.), and ask for a breakdown of the amount that you should pay them. (Usually they dont keep all the history records.
