Airtel reduced Download speed ???

Early I got Maxmium download speed of 350 kbps now It gives like 225kbps.
Do you guys have this problem?

Airtel un kiyanne downlink max eka 3.2 Mbps (400Kbps) kiyala ne.. Ea unata denne 1.8 Mbps (225Kbps) witara.

I don't think so because i have still getting good speed with their internet connection. It might be problem with your ISP at that time only because sometime it happens...
