Airtel users please help me

Hey Guys I bought a Airtel prepaid sim today. I cant make any calls. It says network busy. What should I do about it. I tried to call 0755 555555 also.Its also not working

i think you need to inform them..... sometimes it must be a signal error on your location......

But full signal in my area.(Katubedda) I tried to call the customer service from land line. Its also not working
SMS is working. It delivered. Still no reply from friend
