CLAIM ALIEXPRESS WARRANTY/GUARANTY

I bought a lenova smart phone from www.Aliexpress.com. But after using two weeks its touch screen happens not working. I have write to the dealer, alibaba.com and alliexpress help center. There is a one year warranty for this phone. I wanted to claim for the warranty. But when I asked the warranty they keep silence . So don't order goods from Aliexpress thinking that there is a warrenty. ebay is the best.

3. Did you go through what seller wrote in Description?
4. Is the seller is has positive feedback over 96%
5. Did you check feedback scores of the seller page?
6. Did you check the returning policy?
