All members who are good at DTP (Muslims if possible) HELP!!!

PLease all members (Muslim if possible) who are good at Desk Top publishing....

I need an invitation card for an Ifthaar (breaking fast for muslims in the evening) that is being held by someone I know...

It should be a foldable card that is printed on A4 sheet...Inside the following should be there:

"The Manager and Staff of Peoples' Bank Katugastota cordially invite :...(name)...: for an Ifthaar on :...(Date)...: at 6 PM held at the bank premises"

Add that and the bank logo at the bottom right hand corner of the card...the writing should be on the right hand side of the card when opened...

Please create one and mail it to me in a format theat I could edit if needed...use a suitable format for it...
