As SLT's turn-overs have dropped from Rs. 8 Billion to Rs. 2 Billion, and the CEO of SLT is responsible... Aka... SLT is going bankrupt. So they need money... which why the FUP was set forth and asked money for GB. Now that our, letters, calls, faxes to the TRC they know that this unofficial thing has become a official problem. Which is why the TRC after keeping quiet for so long slammed the issue at SLT, saying they are not responsible. Remember the SLT was using TRC to scare and control people.. coz most people think they cannot appose government regulations (anduwata bayawela). I have a voice recording from SLT manager saying that. But I cannot produce it because its illegal to record conversations in another residence.</blockquote>
