My car also recently met with an accident. now it's almost 3 weeks after I reporting this to them. our branch is in Negombo. I had to made so many phone calls to them. When I called they tranfer my line to so many persons. Then They told me to wait..And I was waiting more than 15 minutes for each call.... but no any response... When I called again they cut the phone call. So I had to visit Asian Alliance Negombo branch several times. When I visit Asian Alliance Negombo branch they told don't worry they made payment & put the money on my bank account same day... But they never do like that. When I complained about this issue to Asian Alliance hotline. They told me that they didn't receive documents from negombo branch. When ask it from Asian Alliance Negombo branch, they told me they sent the all the documents. When I try to contact the person who introduced me this policy, He never answer his mobile phone. Actually my claim is Rs.21,300. If I want to waste my time & money for a this kind of small amount..
