Guys. Any idea how to protect Alternator and Starter motor of Tractors from water and mud. Using in a dairy farm. And the Tractors are John deere models 5082 /6125M/6430 /6150. Let me know your suggestions and ideas... As a part of my project I need to reduce the cost for repair on alternators and Starter motors. Thank you

A big ask and a big task.... You need advice from an Automotive Engineer.
There are IPS-68 compliant alternators. In sealed enclosures and brushless. These are water cooled. Quite expensive too.

Sorry.. I am not in this field. All I know is that IPS-68 compliant ones and those made for Military Specs are waterproof. It's not easy to convert an existing alternator as you got to provide cooling and also water proofing it. Only practical possibility could be mount it above the water levels.
