eBay has shipping cost listed in the auction page, I think Amazon does too. For a large monitor it can cost somewhere between $50 to $120 depending on the country you buy and the size of the monitor. I'm not sure about the tax, but I guess it'll be somewhere around 10~15%. What size are you considering ? for 22" and smaller, I don't think the hassle and lack of warranty is worth the trouble.
