    AFAIK for a example :-E8400

all the E8400 's (C0 and E0) can run at 4.5 ghz , but u need different voltages for different CPUs , E0 Stepping E8400 s can do 4 ghz with less voltages ,

BUT I DONT KNOW ABOUT OVERCLOCKING AMD;s:P

I dont even wanna know how u came to believe in such a thing All E8400s can do 4.5GHz meh.

Who the hack gonna provide us with Liquid Nitrogen & Helium to over clock these babes over 6Ghz ? :( ... I don't know how far we can over clock these with air cooling....

I had a look liquid coolers before it was so expensive, cost over $200... After that I went for one of the best Air cooler out there on the market which keeping my CPU around 55C on full load... Hoping to use the same one on a Phenom II...

Well that's not true, only the cream of the crop Silicon will be able to do 4Ghz on air (Namely Black Edition Phenom II's) At least that's on AM2+ boards, AM3 Boards will have a tweaked South bridge that will enhance the Overclocking ability a little bit more.
