In the end the main character that was begging either died and went with the angel or changed his ways and walks in the light of God  PRE - Chorus lyrics  “Say my pikin na go join cult”  translates to my child has joined a cult  “You want to bomb ba?” translates to  you want to be successful right?  “You want to chill with the big boys?” - you want to be in the same circle with other successful men?  “Now you dey run kiti kiti you dey run kata kata” means now you’re running in all direction because you’re confused and scared  “No fi drink water, chop cup”  translates to you can’t even drink water —-since he’s so busy running for his life—— the artist is also telling the man to grab a cup of water (chop cup)  “ Shey you see how the thing goes”- now see what has happened He says “shebi (instead of shey) you see how the thing goes” for the second chorus - it means the same as previously stated.   The artist is dressed up as both devil and angel. Devil in the beginning in the black and red clothing with horns telling all the evil things the main character did and how no one can save him not even his father—- “see even your papa no fi save you for all the calamities wey the pikin done do <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FIEZUGdiBY&t=97s" target="_blank">1:37</a>”.  Then the artist appears as an angel to tell him that he can be saved turning to God and promising not to do this evil again or else the same outcome will happen <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FIEZUGdiBY&t=182s" target="_blank">3:02</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FIEZUGdiBY&t=190s" target="_blank">3:10</a>.   The sounds made in the background “Ameno dori me” are not real words. It’s made up words made to sound like Latin which is a dead (forgotten) language. The background music was sampled from another song but amapiano was added.
