This was developed way before samsung got around with multiview. perhaps they used their code to develop their own multiview gimmick. this is an open source project so you can build your own roms with multiview feature. You can open any app not just browser and youtube. You just started using multiview and I have used it on ICS on my Acer Iconia tab

also how come this feature is not already included in cm with some tinkering it can be a nice feature ne ban

Yes this is not an app it has to be built in to the rom. CM didn't include this mod because cornestone is not part of CM. But if you know how to compile a rom from source then it's easy for you to compile one because both repos are open source. This is not for average Joe!
