Android App design project

I am looking to hire somebody to design an Android app for our company. We are a medical equipment service company and what I need is to design an App to load on to an Android tablet to handle our Job Cards. So we will have all the details of our customers and their equipment on a central server, when an engineer goes to a site to service a machine, after he finishes his job he will enter the job details on the tablet and get the customer to sign. This job card will be saved in the server for later reference.
