a floopy which contains one of the most important files is not opening......once it open and i double click a word document it opened and it wasnt the file i needed i closed it and went to the OTHER but for sm reason i right click on it and thereon computer is stucking and it wont let me atleast to go inside the floppy.................................... now each time i click they giv me the error "no id address mark was found on the floppy"
