There are two things you can do
1.Stop all unessery programes running at start up.
To do this go to Start>run>type "msconfig" click on the tab called startup and deselect all programs you dont need(do not deselect windows programs)
2.Set your pc to boot from both processors at start up.
To do this go to Start>run>type"msconfig" clock on the tab called boot>click on the button called advanced options>Click on box called number of processors and select 2.
