The device is likely to belong to the Cybershot series. The source notes this is the first SE device with a 16M QVGA-display. We’ve got no more info on the specs. Moreover some sources inform about a 3-megapixel camera (instead of 5). According to the pictures the phone has a LED flash instead of xenon.
