Wagenaar ,Deputy Director of the Amsterdam Historic Museum,  Ms. Anouk Fienieg Centre for International Heritage Activities, Mr. Nimal van Oort, President of the NONA Foundation, Mr. Gamini Wijeyesinghe , Of the ICTY, Mrs. H. Kularatne of the OPCW, Mr. & Mrs. L.
