අනුරාධපුරයෙන් මගේ මිත්‍රයෙක් ඉඩමක් හොයනවා,එයාට ඔන කරලා තියෙන්නෙ නිරවලු ඔප්පු සහිත අනුරාධපුරය නගරයෙන් ටිකක් ඇත් වුනු නිදහස් පරිසරයක තියෙන ඉඩමක් (අක්කරයක් වුනත් කමක් නැ),බ්‍රොකර්වරු මේ වැඩෙට එයා ගාවගන්න එතරම් කැමැත්තක් නැ,දැනට අනුරාධපුරයේ පර්ච් එකක් කියක් විතර වෙනවාද කියලා දන්නවා නම් කියන්න (එකත් එයට වැදගත්වෙයි)...

Land in Anuradhapura for construction of a house/building with beautiful scenic surroundings and clear title deed. No brokers will be entertained. Please quote expected price per perch. Land is required for an acquaintance of mine. Preferred location of land should be out of town limits in a quiet area...

    It's unlikely that you will find a deal with per-perch prices. Lands are not incredibly cheap but relatively cheap.. You will find a land faced to A9 or Galkulama-Anuradhapura road at around 20-30 laks. Most of these lands have a fixed long - ideally 50m X 200m.
    I used to live there so have many contacts (specially in Kekirawa region and Anuradhapura town). PM me if you want... I won't be a broker but I at least can give you some contacts.
