In my mobo I can only use 2 PATAs..(with 2 SATAs) I shd then set my BIOS - On-Chip SATA Mode to the relevant setting... He he!!

My MOBO has 4 SATA and 2 IDE/PATA slots... They dont give a clear explanation on how to do this coz you know INTEL motherboards na?? A real Headache

Anusha 2 has an intel board... Eth u na!!! Kohe gihillada manda? Mine two has 4 SATA ports and 2 IDEs but it onl supports 4 HDDs max at a time... INTEL motherboard eka namamuthuy thamai!! Gaththa goadk un baninawa!! (Anushayath )

I know we (me and the motherboard) had differences, but I don't hate it anymore. Yesterday's issue was not something new. It would have corrected sooner or later. The problem is with the 965 chipset. It's a wonderful chipset, but not mature enough. Even the ones with Asus and Gigabyte had major issues. Now they are fine. Now the problems are there in the 680i chipset.
