Machan I have done many transaction before without any hesitation. So far they didn't ask for any id verification. But I got problem when i try to withdraw money last Tuesday. SO there fore i have sent my scanned passport copy for them. So its been 3 days now I haven't got any response from them. I have attached the screen shot here. So do you know what can i do for this ? Please let me to know buddy

They usually send a mail (ordinary post) with a verification code. (This is the process when they were moneybookers)

You have to verify with that code.

IDK if the process has been changed.

To me it took around 2-3 weeks. It was 3 years back brother. I think it will take some time. Be patient
