machan go to IDP......galle road..next to GreeCabin resto...They handle all the students who want to go to Aussie for higher education...... They pretty much know about all the unis in Aussie and all the degress.... I came to Aussie via them....
You dont have to pay anything extra....they handle all you documents as well...
    Gud luck...

So you have decided the stream you want to follow - good.

Many universities offer degrees for your subject.
Among them most of the Unis are good.

No universities will offer you part time work except you're doing your PhD or a higher Masters. If that's the case, you will be offered tutoring probably. But from the sound of it, you're going to do a general degree. So they won't give part time jobs.

All parts of Australia do have many universities which offer what you require. So I think it's better to decide where you want to go. (Melbourne? Sydney? Adelaide? Perth? Brisbane? Northern Territory? etc.)

Then let's see about the options.
