SE hitiyeth omobio fresher kenek widiyata. mama resign una 160k salary ekakin(fresher and still did not graduated) because of that shitty project. they have infeasible deadlines promised and you should work 15hrs a day at least to cover your workload. expect micromanagement at the highest level. The CEO asks for your anydesk id to see if you're coding efficiently. Within last 2 months, PM,TL, ATL, 2 or more SSEs and all the senior people of that project had left the company.

HR manager talks nicely. don't get hooked.

Salary depends a lot. While I got an above average salary, there are SSEs who are working for 120k.
