hwever now I have PCx 2 emulator bt when i try to play MK deception it says as an error that it needs a bios file to load the game. Whats this bios fie in PCx 2 ??

You need to put the PS1 and PS2 BIOS files in the BIOS folder of the Emulator.
I have the BIOS files. I'll upload but it'll take some time with my connection. (2 Bios files are 4MB each)

I've played PS2 game in PCSX2 using this BIOS. It works.

This is a BIOS pack. Try the Recommended BIOS fist. if it doesn't work try others one by one.
Buy try with only the PS2 BIOS first. If it works for your game then no need to put the PS1 BIOS.

Did the BIOS loaded in the Configuration menu?

If not try reselecting the folder you put the BIOS.

Is your game supported?

No, you can play from CD/DVD (and you can play with an image also, but I haven't tried it) Refer the guide and configure your CD/DVD rom and try.
