how this issue came, did u drop your phone or drop into water ?, i have never seen like this.

I have seen iPhone display issues but not a one like this

UPDATE :
after little search i found this

i think this happens when dust or water get into the phone, better to get fixed from reliable place or claim warranty if you can(if you did not drop or did not drop into the water)
