problem is... that Sri Lanka is not fully developed....in Developed countries it is easy to catch criminals....wait I will tell more

Of course there are all sorts of Laws in Sri Lanka but the problem is sum laws r not made still becoz ewage prashna (for e.g. like hacking) is not prominent in Sri Lanka....eka nisama echchara laws netha mehe
