    • Monarchy (Rule of One - Good): A virtuous leader acts for the common good.
    • Tyranny (Rule of One - Corrupt): The monarch becomes selfish, leading to oppression.
    • Aristocracy (Rule of Few - Good): The people revolt and empower the best/most virtuous.
    • Oligarchy (Rule of Few - Corrupt): Aristocrats become corrupt, seeking wealth for themselves.
    • Polity (Rule of Many - Good): Citizens revolt and establish a balanced, constitutional government.
    • Democracy (Rule of Many - Corrupt): Polity degenerates into "mob rule" or extreme democracy, focusing on self-interest 4, 7.
    • Restart: A new virtuous leader emerges, turning democracy back into monarchy 2, 7.
