If they know that the local NGO staff is wrong doing by using their assets they should be able to put a foot down and stop it or move away from LTTE held areas. They did not? why? because it is counter productive to them!!!

there were filed operators of various NGO's in ltte held areas. They hung around the LTTE bunkers attended their functions. They saw LTTE using food packets as war materials. But what did they do? release press reports of food shortages!!! wow!!
