Main thing in a army is discipline. Most of the times what the university students don't have is discipline. Some of the university students may get the skills from the university but not the majority. Most of the freshmen don't have the life skills. How to study effectively balancing every aspect of life. You have to remember that this is not A/L in which student devote their entire life to studies. We need to cast or mould students which have lack of skills to face new and dynamic world. If you have done cadet training in school you will understand how that thing helped to shape your character.    </blockquote>
