ASAP NEED HELP WITH BURNING A VCD WITH SUBS, TO 1 CD, WITH FULL QUALITY

Machozz,

I need a BIG help again

• I have a movie in AVI format..
• Its Only 699MB (Which takes 1 CD)
• Its a hindi movie and it has the subtitle file..

Well,

• I need to join the subtitles and the AVI and create a movie (In AVI format or MPG) (Can I have a good software for that ?)
• Output movie eka 699MB tama (without affecting much to the quality of the video) aawoth hondaa..
• I know that if I burn that video to a VCD, the quality will be reduced (ne?) If so is there a way I can burn in VCD format without affecting to its quality??
• And i need to burn it as 1CD if possible ...

dr Divx 2 still testing their beta ver.but it's not a trouble
If u can find Dr Divx 1.3..., It has been better than v2 beta.

AFAIK, U never can burn whole movie into just One CD.

anyway, now there are DVD Players with DivX Support ( a friend of mine already has this kinda player. it's LG one afaik; ) , so I think it'll better for U ...
