In a disclosure to Colombo Stock Exchange, Hemas Holdings PLC has announced that their healthcare subsidiary Hemas Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd had disposed the entire 100% stake in their third hospital – Hemas Southern Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd for Ashok Pathirage lead Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC for a consideration of Rs. 450 million
Hemas Holdings further said that the transaction was concluded on 2nd November 2018 and the group will continue to focus on their two other hospitals Hemas Thalawathugoda and Hemas Wattala both which accounts for a total bed capacity of 184 with a network of 34 island-wide diagnostic laboratories.
