there's a new Technology called L3 Cache, which is built onto
the mainboard...This is done in order to reduce the work load of L1 and L2,

No. This is just released. They don't have it. Even if they do, it won't be any cheaper than Rs.30,000

L3 is in the CPU as well. Only old platforms had caches in the motherboard. None of the new ones do.

I didn't check that. But still, you can't get Crossfire working on either of them.
