We need a low to block tax money which is being transferred to other provinces.The tax money of Western Province 60% of it should be invested in this province. Problem is that more than 25% of Sri Lankans stay in Western Province and More people travel to it. Traffic is clogged, Drainage is dilapidated.Colombo Municipal Council is corrupt they only take garbage from companies who pay Rs. 4000 a month apart from what ever tax you pay for municipal council. That is Yapalana Government.In the name of paying debt there are more Municipal Councilors per district 7 of them for single ward. No one is bothered.Municipal council work should be privatized.
