Copied audio CDs can not be played in most car players. How can I copy from original audio CD to play the copy in car players?

Audio Cd copying

I tried making exact image using software called "Exact Audio Copy" and writing it in very low speed (4X). also i repeted same procedure against various brand of empty CDs (CD-R)

nero is the best software for this type of work.check this video & try.i think it will work....
